Introducing Jim and Barb Onarheim as the owners of Mystic Moose Resort...
Jim and Barb purchased the resort in August of 2002. They are both from Eau Claire, WI where they have lived all of their life. Jim was Fire Inspector for the City of Eau Claire with over 30 years in the fire service. Jim retired in the summer of 2004 and is now permanently enjoying the beautiful Northwoods while doing whatever he can to help their guests relax and enjoy a memorable vacation at Mystic Moose. His wife Barb owns an embroidery business in Eau Claire but is now living at Mystic Moose. Both Jim and Barb have a love for the water and fishing.
Jim has spent several weeks each year fishing the Canadian wilderness with a good friend of his, Mike Henry of Pipestone Fly-In Outposts. Jim also has spent the 4 years fishing with the In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail.
Jim and Barb are looking forward to meeting new friends at the Mystic Moose and promise to provide a very exciting and relaxing vacation for you and your family with clean and neat accommodations.
